Ladies and gents, Central Track and I are back with the summer edition of our wild POP THAT party and this time we’re taking it to the pool at Salt on Saturday, July 5. My fellow Top Notch partner Dayta and I will be holding down the music and Brain Gang’s Killa will be hosting. More info and tickets HERE.
On Thursday, May 29, I’ll be celebrating my birthday at The Basement with special guest/the homie Devlin from New York! I’m calling all my fellow Geminis to be in the spot. Doors open at 10:30. RSVP and come celebrate with me!
Dallas, I’m stoked to announce the second installment of the Swapping Block going down on Sunday, May 18th at Strangeways. In case you missed the first one, check out the recap and photos. We’ll have tons of records and music related collectables for sale and trade. If you’re interested in setting up a booth, please email me at will@djsober.com. See you there!
This Friday, Eli Escobar‘s in town to rock The Warm Up dance party with me and Red Eye at Beauty Bar. This party goes down a few times a year and is always super fun. We’re giving out free tanks while they last, so be sure to be there early. Besides, Beauty Bar is sure to reach capacity, so get there early to reserve your spot on the dance floor.
I spent a lot of time with Sudie the past month on our trip to NY with our manager Ro. She’s a super cool chick and a rare talent. Check out her first official single, “Heartattack,” which she wrote and produced herself, out on Computer Ugly. And stay tuned for a rad project we’re collaborating on that’ll be out this Summer.
